Our Product Mastery events have been so popular, we needed a little extra space to accommodate our students and ensure the events remain comfortable and Covid safe!

The training day held on Saturday 30 October will be located at the beautiful Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort on the Gold Coast, for a small fee of $97 (inc. GST) per ticket, which includes a catered morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.

Frequently Asked Questions

I'm In Lockdown. Can I Attend Virtually? Will There Be More Live Events Later?

We recognise that a lot of people around the country are currently in lockdown and cannot come to QLD right now. Don’t worry! Should Covid-19 restrictions prevent you from attending right now, we will release new dates to accommodate those cities once restrictions are lifted and we will prioritise your ability to come.

In regard to livestream access, as hands-on workshops, these sessions are designed to be live and in-person. There is simply no replacing spending time in the environment, face-to-face with people who have conquered the mountain that you’re about to climb. That being the case, livestreams of these sessions will not be available unless you live outside of Australia, in which case we will contact you directly with details.

Where are the sessions held?

The training sessions will be held at The Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort at Main Beach on the Gold Coast.

Are the events catered?

Yes! The venue provides delicious catering which is included in the ticket price.

I have dietary needs. Can you accommodate them?

Yes! On the booking page (where you book your spot) you will be asked about these. Gluten-free. Dairy-free. Vegan. Vegetarian. All that good stuff will be catered for.

Are we allowed to record the event?

No recording or live-streaming other than doing short posts to your social media will be allowed. However, we do encourage you to take photos!

Will there be car parking available?

Yes, car parking is available at the venue (for a fee), with free parking being available at surrounding locations. Once you have confirmed your attendance we will provide you with all the nitty-gritty details.

Can I book accommodation at The Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort?

If you feel like a mini-break, yes you can!  Subject to availability, we have a 10% discount available to event attendees. Once you have registered and confirmed your attendance we will provide you with contact details for securing your discounted stay.

Tickets and Registration

Can I just turn up and buy a ticket on the day?

Unfortunately not. Due to Covid restrictions, all attendees must be registered well in advance.

What Covid protocols will be in place?

We will follow the State Government and venue Guidelines/Regulations at the time of the event. More information will be provided as appropriate.

Should Covid-19 restrictions prevent you from attending, don’t panic, you won’t miss out. As soon as the necessary travel restrictions lift we will prioritise your visit and, if required, add extra training days so that you can come in as soon as possible.

Are you going to be enforcing a mask policy?

We will be following State/City/Venue guidelines for masks and overall safety. Our ability to host this event will be determined by following the rules and regulations at the time of the event.

Can you tell me what health and safety precautions are going to be in place?

We will be adhering to Queensland Health Department instructions and guidelines that are in place at the time of the event.

What happens if Government restrictions change the capacity of the venue?

If Local, State or Federal Government intervention changes the allowed ticket capacity of the event due to Covid restrictions, and we can no longer deliver the event to our entire ticketed audience, we will honour an event to those tickets booked in date order, starting with the first booked ticket.  Once we reach the new ticket capacity allowance we will then refund the remainder of the audience and they will be placed on a waitlist for the next scheduled event.

What happens if the event is unable to happen due to Covid?

We will reschedule the event to another date and fully refund your ticket. You will then be offered first access to purchase a ticket for the next available event date.

Do I need a vaccine to attend?

We will be following Government guidelines and regulations, however, at this time, we do not anticipate Australians will need to be vaccinated to attend an event like this. That being said, any health and safety-related questions are subject to change.
